The pictures were taken in June 2010. I have been there 3 times. But this is the first time I saw water in the falls. Many falls with lots of water.Yosemite is famous for its huge mountains and cliffs. But don't know why, I liked these scenic views better than those massive peaks. My first two visits were not exciting as this visit. I would like to go again during the same period of the year.

I went on a hike to mission peak, in Fremont. Its a very nice place to hike. Little tough for a beginner though. Its 5.6 miles hike with 2200 ft elevation. Little rocky in the last little stretch. Had a wonderful time there. On the way I took this shot. I liked it. So posting it.Took a shot while it was chasing another squirrel. Couldn't accommodate both in the same frame.

I went for whale watching in Monterey Bay. We went on a cruise. I believe, the cruise was operated by a marine biologist or some one who has a deep understanding of the life in the sea. We saw sea lions, sea otters, dolphins, killer whales, gray whales. It is a 3 hour trip. Luckily we saw many dolphin and whale sightings and spent lot of time in the sea and the trip lasted for 5 hours. Our trip
